Returns & Exchanges

At Martin Dingman, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn, original condition items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through our automated system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and dust bags, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
